• Hotel Check-in/Check-Out Time as per individual hotel Policies.
• A Base Category Room will be provided in each Hotel if you have not chosen the room category at the time of finalizing your package.
• Meal timings must be followed as per instructions given by the hotels.
• Star Categorization of hotels are categorized based on location, services, facility, and costing and not as per star categorization i.e. 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, ill Health, Snowfall, road blockage, political
  disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Customers must carry the tour itinerary, Hotel vouchers, cab details, valid ID proof of all the travelers
• Extra bed means extra Mattress.
• All prices are variable and may change at any time before the booking is confirmed and issued.
• All tours and sightseeing included in the package are time-bound, and the vehicle is not at your disposal. Please adhere to the specified timings and spend the average time at each location. Failure to do so may result in missing out on certain places, and we may not be able to accommodate visits to those places on the following day. An extra charge will apply for additional visits if time permits.
• Any additional sightseeing or transfers beyond the package itinerary will incur extra costs, which are to be paid directly by the guest at the location.

• Guests must show a valid photo ID at check-in.
• Hotel check-in/Checkout time as per Individual hotel policy. If you want to check in early or check out late, ask the hotel if it’s possible and if there are extra charges.
• The room rate includes all taxes. You’ll pay for things like room service, snacks, and phone calls when you check out.
• If you book a room on the same day you plan to stay, it may take 4 to 6 hours to confirm your reservation.
• The times listed for tour departures on your ticket are approximate and may change.

• If you cancel your booking 10 days before your stay, you won’t be charged anything.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay, you’ll be charged for the 2-day cost of the land package
• If you don’t show up for your booking, you’ll be charged for the full stay.
• Cancellation of flight or train tickets included in the package is subject to the individual policies of the Airline or IRCTC. Dreams Travel and Tours does not have control over these policies. We can only suggest and advise based on the information provided by them.
• Once you’ve checked in, cancellation is not allowed, and any amendments are subject to approval and
  availability. Extra charges will be applicable as per the current availability of the hotel accommodation or tours and activities

We kindly request the total package cost to be paid in advance. Upon confirming your package, we require a 50%
deposit of the total cost. The remaining 50% is to be paid at least 2 days before your arrival date. This ensures that we can facilitate your tours and activities seamlessly, providing you with a hassle-free experience.
