Terms & Condition
  • Guests must show a valid photo ID at check-in.
  • Hotel check-in/check-out time as per Individual hotel policy. If you want to check in early or check out late, ask the hotel if it’s possible and if there are extra charges.
  • The room rate includes all taxes. You’ll pay for things like room service, snacks, and phone calls when you check out.
  • If you book a room on the same day you plan to stay, it may take 4 to 6 hours to confirm your reservation.
  • The times listed for tour departures on your ticket are approximate and may change.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel your booking 10 days before your stay, you won’t be charged anything.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay, you’ll be charged for the 2-day cost of the land package.
  • If you don’t show up for your booking, you’ll be charged for the full stay.
  • Cancellation of flight or train tickets included in the package is subject to the individual policies of the Airline or IRCTC. Dreams Travel and Tours does not have control over these policies. We can only suggest and advise based on the information provided by them.
  • Once you’ve checked in, cancellation is not allowed, and any amendments are subject to approval and availability. Extra charges will be applicable as per the current availability of the hotel accommodation or tours and activities.
  • These rules help ensure a pleasant stay. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Payment Policy
  • We kindly request the total package cost to be paid in advance. Upon confirming your package, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost.
  • The remaining 50% is to be paid at least 2 days before your arrival date. This ensures that we can facilitate your tours and activities seamlessly, providing you with a hassle-free experience.

Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Tokyo

Upon landing at Tokyo Narita or Haneda Airport, you will be greeted by a representative who will assist with your transfer to the hotel using a seat-in-coach service, depending on availability. Once you arrive at the hotel, take some time to relax and recover from your journey. You are free to explore Tokyo’s vibrant dining scene for dinner, as it will be on your own arrangement. Spend the night at your hotel in Tokyo, ready to begin your adventure.

Day 2Discover Tokyo's Highlights

 Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before heading to Shinjuku Station East Exit Hato Bus Boarding Area via a local taxi to join a full-day panoramic tour of Tokyo.
The tour takes you through some of Tokyo’s iconic attractions, including the towering skyscrapers of Shinjuku, the peaceful Meiji Shrine, and the historic Imperial Palace Plaza.
You’ll also visit the famous Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street, followed by a drive-by view of Kabukiza Theatre in Ginza.
After a Western-style lunch, enjoy scenic views of Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and Toyosu Market, before capping the day with breathtaking views from the Tokyo Tower Main Deck. The tour ends at Tokyo Station, and you’ll make your way back to the hotel at your own pace. Dinner will be on your own arrangement, and you’ll spend another night in Tokyo.

Day 3Experience Mt. Fuji and Hakone

After breakfast at your hotel, travel by local taxi to the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Main Tower to start your Mt. Fuji and Hakone day tour. Begin by visiting Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, where you can marvel at stunning panoramic views.
Enjoy a traditional Japanese lunch with options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The tour continues with a peaceful cruise on Lake Ashi in Hakone, followed by a scenic ropeway ride to the peak of Mt. Komagatake. Here, you’ll have time to take in the breathtaking views before returning to Shinjuku Station West Exit, from where you can take a local taxi back to your hotel. Dinner is at your own arrangement, and you’ll stay overnight in Tokyo.

 

 

 

Day 4 Travel to Kyoto

Following breakfast, check out of your hotel in Tokyo and take a local taxi to Tokyo Station to board the high-speed bullet train to Kyoto, a journey of approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Kyoto Station, transfer to your hotel using a local taxi and check in. The rest of the evening is yours to explore Kyoto’s charming streets, visit nearby attractions, or simply unwind. Dinner will be on your own arrangement, and you will spend the night at a Kyoto hotel.

Day 5Explore Kyoto and Nara

 
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then head to Avanti’s Sunrise Tours Desk near Kyoto Station to embark on a full-day tour of Kyoto and Nara. The tour includes a visit to Nijo Castle, where you’ll delve into Japan’s rich history, followed by a stop at the stunning Golden Pavilion, Kinkaku-ji Temple.
You’ll also explore the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Kitano Tenmangu Shrine before enjoying a traditional Japanese lunch. In the afternoon, visit Nara to admire the beauty of Kasuga Taisha Shrine and shop for souvenirs at Nara Nagomikan.
The tour ends at Kyoto Station, leaving you to return to your hotel at your leisure. Dinner will be on your own arrangement, and you will spend your final night in Kyoto.

Day 6 Departure

 
On your last day, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out. A private car will transfer you to Kansai International Airport, ensuring a hassle-free journey as you bid farewell to Japan. Depart with unforgettable memories and the excitement of sharing your experiences with friends and family.
