Payment Policy

To confirm the booking Payment schedule: –

Land package to be cleared 15 days before the departure. (In case of nonrefundable hotels or few
destinations or cruise bookings full amount is required before the deadline mentioned – Rate of
exchange difference applicable)

Departure within 15 days: –

At the time of Confirmation full amount is required
Within 48 hours complete payment tickets and vouchers will be released (exception – group departures)
Any payment within the bracket of 10 days from departure should not be through cheque (other
bank).

Payment Policy:-

The above mentioned payment policy will not be considered in the case of peak season travel period or
for few travel destination i.e. Kashmir, Andaman, Kerala, Ladakh and Northeast etc.
In that case you will be getting full / balance payment mail from the Operation team.

Terms & Conditions
  • The rates are valid for Indian nationals residing in India only.
  • The penalty for name change and date change will incur as per the airline and the destination. If there are any additional airport / Airline taxes charged by any airport / Airline at any destination, the customer shall bear the same. Dreams Travel & Tours shall not be liable for the same.
  • Dreams Travel & Tours reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Company websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason whatsoever.
  • We will strongly recommend all the passengersto check the flight schedule prior to the departure of flight, even if the ticketsissued by Dreams Travel & Tours. Customers must call the airline directly a day
  • before and on the day of departure and cross check all timings. Dreams Travel & Tours will not be responsible in case if a customer misses his flight due to change of time. In such cases, the customer will bear complete loss of flight and package.
  • The rates are subject to availability of airfare, accommodation, class of booking on the airline and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. Any price increment in the mentioned things will be borne by the customer.
  • In case if a passenger is No Show/offloaded by the Airline for any reasons, the booking shall be considered as no show and no refund shall be made against any of the services booked through Dreams Travel & Tours.
  • It is important to note that the lead passenger in the name of the booking has been made to be present at the hotel while checking in. In case the lead passenger is not able to travel, he must give a Signed Authority letter along with a copy of his passport for the hotel to provide check in to the rest of the family members.
  • If due to delay or cancellation of flight, if the sightseeing (s)/ services are missed, the same service will be considered as unutilized service and no refund shall be made for the same.
  • If due to delay or cancellation of flight, you do not appear in the hotel/ transfers at the specified time, Dreams Travel & Tours will not be responsible for the same. The same shall be treated as no show.
  • We strongly suggest our customer to carry a hard copy of complete Vouchers provided by Dreams Travel & Tours to present the hotel and avail the services through the booking reference number. In case you do not present the vouchers at the hotel while checking in, Hotel can deny your booking and may not allow you to check in the hotel. In such situations Dreams Travel & Tours will not be responsible for the same.
  • All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies of various destinations. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes, if any, will be informed accordingly.
  • Dreams Travel & Tours reserves the right to use an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equal or higher standard. The same shall be determined based on the reviews and ratings of the hotel placed on the internet.
  • Hotel star category is as per internet standardization and Dreams Travel & Tours is not liable for the same.
  • Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings (Please report at the meeting point min 15 minutes prior to the pickup time). Dreams Travel & Tours will not be responsible for any delay from the customer's end.
  • No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice as per the Airline / hotel policy.
  • Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at the time of making booking.
  • In event of cancellation of the tour package on any grounds, the cancelation policy will apply.
  • Flight cancellation charges will depend on Airlines. INR 500/- Per Person will be applicable extra as Dreams Travel & Tours service fee. In case the name provided by the customer to book any ticket / hotel is not as per the passport, the customer will bear the charges for changing the name.
  • Any flight cancellation / rescheduling / departure delay or any changes in flights is purely subject to airlines management discussion. Any charges in airfare increase / decrease / rescheduling are to be borne by the client as Dreams Travel & Tours do not hold any guarantee on the same.
  • Final handover of Hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Visa etc. will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
  • Universal hotel check-in time is between 1200 hrs-1400 hrs and check- out time is between 1000 hrs1200 hrs depending upon the property Early check-in & Late check- out is subject to availability of room, it depends on hotel. Early Check in and late checkout will be at additional cost and subject to availability and complete discretion of the hotel. Hotels may or may not provide early check in or late checkout irrespective of availability. Dreams Travel & Tours will not be responsible for any change in the policy of the hotel at any given time. Dreams Travel & Tours does not guarantee quality of service of the hotel and star rating of the hotel. We only recommend hotels based on their reviews and ratings placed on the internet by the customers and our previous customer experience. Once a hotel is booked, the booking can be changed based on the cancellation policy of the hotel as well as Dreams Travel & Tours. We strongly recommend our customers to go through reviews and photographs of the hotels before making a booking.
  • All our packages are based on Night basis and the last day is for check out which will be as per the hotel policy. Dreams Travel & Tours will not be responsible for any extension of stay in the hotel unless explicitly approved in writing by Dreams Travel & Tours.
  • In case of any payment made on the online link through the Net Banking, credit or debit cards there will be a transaction charge of 2.5% of the total booking amount. In case of an American Express Card the charges will be 6%. This amount is completely non-refundable in case of ANY/ALL cancellations, refunds etc. at any given point of time. This payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless there is a waiver commitment from Dreams Travel & Tours in writing. We strongly recommend all our customers to take all the details in writing through our official id.
  • The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and time and any increase in the taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
  • Kindly avoid being Over drunk by intake of hard drinks during the flights to avoid any Inconvenience during Visa on Arrival, Immigration and Custom Process.
  • After confirmation of services, if any one wishes to change travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All costs incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.
  • You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy which is: Cancellation charges per person.
  • Dreams Travel & Tours. doesn’t deal into Train Reservations and will not be liable for any train reservations.
  • Sightseeing will be as per the mentioned itinerary . Any sightseeing apart from mentioned in the itinerary will be on paid basis as per the standard rates . treated as implied consent.
Itinerary

Day 1Delhi -Shimla

Once you reach Delhi Airport, our representative offers an assisted transfer to your first destination
Shimla, by road. Fondly referred to as the ‘Queen of Hills’, Shimla is a very popular hill town of Himachal Pradesh. As you reach, check-in at the hotel. After settling into the rooms, the day is at your own discretion. Spend the day doing the activities of your interest. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2Shimla Sightseeing

Post breakfast; proceed for an excursion to Kufri, a must-visit place. Placed at an altitude of 2290 m
above the sea level, Kufri is blessed with tranquility, scenery and is dotted with tourist attractions like Mahasu Peak, Chini Bungalow, and Indira Tourist Park etc. When back in Shimla, visit the Vice Regal Lodge-once the summer residence of various British viceroys, it boasts of an interesting English Renaissance architecture. Thereafter in the evening you can cover local sightseeing’s in Shimla and take a walk on the Mall Road. Delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3Shimla to Manali

After breakfast on the 3rd day, get transferred from Shimla to Manali. On route you will cover Kullu.
Start your day tour by visiting the Nagger Castle which was built around 1460 AD by Raja Sidh Singh of Kullu. Apart from Nagger Castle, there are other sightseeing spots that you can enjoy while you are out for the day trip to Kullu. These include the Shawl factory and Shiva temple and lastly you can engage yourself in an exciting activity, river rafting and paragliding. Stay overnight in Manali.

Day 4Manali local sightseeings

After breakfast on the 4th day, get transferred by road to Manali Today; get all set for visiting the prime attractions of Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple- an ancient temple around 450 years’ old that is dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of one of the Pandeva brothers Bhim. Later in the day explore the Tibetan Monasteries and the mall road, Clubhouse, Vashisht temple etc. Take a walk up to the old Vashisht village. Back to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 5Manali –Solang valley - Manali

Manali In the morning, take breakfast and get ready for Solang Valley. It derives its name from the
combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nalliah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sport’s most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing. Get back to the hotel, take dinner and stay overnight.

Day 6Departure

Manali to Delhi On the last day of your trip after breakfast and checkout from the Hotel you can go for
Manali to Delhi. Our representative will drop you as the preferred location you choose.
